Promotions tied to specific sporting events — such as Cricket matches, PSL fixtures or T20 internationals — will have event-specific terms including validity windows. If the relevant event is postponed, cancelled or significantly altered, 288 Wine reserves the right to amend or withdraw the associated promotion. All games available on 288 Wine — including Casino table games, Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and the full Game Lobby — operate according to the rules displayed within each game. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. 288 Wine is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's internal state at the point of the fault. If a round cannot be resolved fairly, the bet amount will be returned to your 288 Wine balance. Attempting to exploit a technical fault to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these Terms.
288 Wine does not permit the use of automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool designed to interact with the platform in an automated fashion. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder. Detection of automated activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance associated with that activity.

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as published by the governing body. In cases where results are disputed or under review, settlement may be delayed pending the official outcome.
In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market as displayed on the Bet page. For Cricket matches affected by weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official where applied by the match officials.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 288 Wine reserves the right to retain withheld funds to cover losses or damages resulting from the breach.
If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting 288 Wine support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.
